DocuGuide AI is a document-reading chatbot platform that allows you to upload documents and create AI-powered chat widgets for your website. End users of your widget can ask questions about your uploaded documents and receive AI-generated answers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DocuGuide AI.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
All content on DocuGuide AI, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zee Solution. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without express written permission.
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating DocuGuide AI. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and use all content you provide.
Responses generated by DocuGuide AI are based on the documents you upload and powered by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
Each plan includes specific limits on document storage, conversations per month, and other features. Exceeding these limits may result in reduced functionality until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins.
Our service may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have clicked on these links to leave DocuGuide AI, you should note that we do not have any control over those websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such websites, and they are not governed by these Terms.
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, or wish to correct or delete it, please contact us at contact@zeesolution.net, or use the self-service options in your Dashboard Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zee Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DocuGuide AI, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zee Solution from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in San Mateo County, California.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
